oh it is so horrible to lose our pups. I feel your pain! I lost my young german shep bitch suddenly 4 weeks ago, but the next day our Cairn Terrier gave us 8 beautiful puppies. Then today I am praying for my 6 year old German shep dog to pull through his surgery for a twisted stomach he came down with overnight! we too are devastated!
So SO SORRY for your loss, unfortunately, I lost my St. Bernard the same way. My oldest son was walking to the lake and Barkley either smelled, heard or simply sensed something was very wrong and sprang into action ran between Adam and the snake. Of course Barkley attacked the snake and was bitten at least three times.
